Reliving a Sparkling Edition of SIGEP: Pastry Excellence in Motion

A few months ago, our teams gathered in Rimini for SIGEP, the world’s leading expo for pastry, gelato, and bakery. At the time, we welcomed our partners and customers under the Mademoiselle Desserts, Pasticceria Quadrifoglio and Emmi Dessert Italia banners, marking one of our final major international appearances before our evolution into Emmi Desserts.

The exhibition was a powerful reaffirmation of our position as the European leader in premium frozen pastry, featuring a stand dedicated to indulgence and innovation.

Highlights from the event:

  • The Art of "Dolce Vita": Alongside our French and British ranges, our Italian specialties, from authentic Tiramisu to Profiteroles, shone brightly. They served as a reminder that pure pleasure and high-quality ingredients remain at the very core of our DNA.
  • A Collective Energy: Beyond the products, the show was defined by the strength of our international teams. Uniting our French, British, Dutch, and Italian expertise on a single stand was a true preview of the synergy that now defines us.

As we open this new chapter as Emmi Desserts, we are carrying that Rimini energy forward to continue bringing premium pastry excellence to the world.
