For Emmi Desserts, ‘better for you’ means making indulgence more meaningful by combining indulgence with improved nutritional and ingredient standards. This includes reducing sugar, salt and saturated fats, increasing fibre where possible, and moving towards cleaner labels with less artificial additives. At the same time, we focus on responsible sourcing standards and more sustainable packaging solutions.

Emmi Desserts is striving for creating a better place to work by building a culture of safety, care and respect for each other. 

Emmi Desserts strives for strong ESG profile across the organisation. Mademoiselle Desserts and The English Cheesecake Company are both already B Corp certified and serve as a strong benchmark within our organization.
