Emmi’s dessert journey began in 2011 with the entry of the Emmi Group into the Italian premium dessert market. With the arrival of the company A-27 the group’s expertise in authentic Italian patisserie reached a new level. Specializing in timeless classics like Tiramisu, Panna Cotta, and Profiteroles, A-27 is the home of the premium Bontà Divina brand, blending innovation with tradition for both retail and private labels.
The integration of Rachelli brought a pioneer of high-quality Italian desserts and ice creams into the family. Known for its commitment to quality, Rachelli expanded our portfolio with organic and biodynamic options, from classic Tiramisu to sophisticated Cremino.
With Italian Fresh Foods, we strengthened our ability to produce and distribute premium Italian specialties across Europe. This step was key in ensuring our high-quality desserts could be enjoyed by a wider audience without ever compromising freshness.
Pasticceria Quadrifoglio joined the journey, bringing the excellence of Northern Italian patisserie. From traditional desserts to innovative drinkable "Sorbettos," their expertise in both Retail and Foodservice (FS) added a new dimension to our premium offering.
A major milestone in our global expansion. By uniting five premium gourmet dessert specialists from the New York area, Indulge Desserts (now Emmi Desserts USA) allowed us to offer a comprehensive range of American and international desserts to the US Foodservice sector.
The arrival of Mademoiselle Desserts marked a historic scale-up. As a leading European manufacturer of premium frozen pastries with a strong presence in France, the UK, and the Netherlands, they brought unrivaled savoir-faire and a strong commitment to the B Corp movement.
The family continues to grow with the English Cheesecake Company. As a strong challenger and retail-focused brand in the UK, they bring a bold, modern approach to the cheesecake category, beloved for their iconic twin packs and unbaked recipes.
