What a whirlwind of flavor! On April 1st and 2nd, the Emmi Desserts team took over Paris for the Sandwich & Snack Show 2026. Between meaningful handshakes and plenty of tastings, these two days at Porte de Versailles were nothing short of spectacular.
And the Snacking d’Or goes to... US! 🥇
We didn’t just come to show off, we came to win! We are incredibly proud to announce that our Dubai-style Cocoa Muffin filled with Pistachio officially snagged a Snacking d’Or 2026 in the "Hybrides and American Inspiration" category.
Inspired by the viral "Dubai chocolate" trend, this muffin is the ultimate fusion of a rich, soft cocoa dough and a melting pistachio heart. This win confirms one thing: at Emmi Desserts, we don't just follow trends, we bake them.

Our booth was the place to be for any foodie professional. We curated a "best-of" selection from our production sites across different countries, bringing a truly international flavor to the French capital.
